And the maxed out stats, with stock and unique upgrade looks like: Power: 2.70 (x1.5) Ammo Capacity: 16 Reload Speed: 1.25 Rate of Fire: 1.26 Precision: 4.80. I'm willing to take a hit on the rate of fire and reload speed, for the other benefits.
